Zali is the realization of a dream, 30 yrs inside the producing... inside of a kitchen area, in a house, in Beirut –a family that, the same as just about every other family on the earth, was confident that their mom’s cooking, was the best.

And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from whole-time mom and grandmother to comprehensive-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and has lived a lot of her lifetime in Lebanon. for therefore very long, she beloved testing her have recipes and photographing dishes.
