Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and has lived the majority of her everyday living in Lebanon. for thus long, she cherished screening her very own recipes and photographing dishes. But her enthusiasm didn't go away her property’s nest right up until Zali offered her that chance. In all our dishes are flavors that have made the journey many of the way from Lebanon. You will take some of them back again dwelling!
We simply call them “Mouneh”, an Arabic phrase for pantry provisions: a range of homemade jars with preserved and dried delicacies so that you can buy and check out. These are geared up by our chef or made by farmers again home. “Mouneh”is actually a Lebanese tradition of preserving foods across the seasons.
