Our chef: The heartbeat of inspiration
And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from full-time mother and grandmother to whole-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and has lived most of her everyday living in Lebanon. For so very long, she beloved tests her own recipes and photographing dishes. But her passion did not go away her dwelling’s nest right until Zali offered her that opportunity. Now, her homegrown joy and keenness for cooking are in your case and the planet to flavor!
In all our dishes are flavors which have manufactured the journey each of the way from Lebanon. You may take a number of them back household!
We phone them “Mouneh”, an Arabic word for pantry provisions: a variety of home made jars with preserved and dried delicacies for you to buy and check out. They are ready by our chef or click here produced by farmers back dwelling. “Mouneh”is a Lebanese tradition of preserving meals through the seasons.
