And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from entire-time mother and grandmother to comprehensive-time chef. Our check here chef is Lebanese-Armenian and has lived a lot of her everyday living in Lebanon. For so long, she liked screening her have recipes and photographing dishes. But her enthusiasm did not go away her property’s nest right until Zali made available her that chance. Now, her homegrown happiness and passion for cooking are in your case and the planet to taste!
In all our dishes are flavors that have created the journey each of the way from Lebanon. You might take many of them again dwelling!
We simply call them “Mouneh”, an Arabic phrase for pantry provisions: many different selfmade jars with preserved and dried delicacies so that you can acquire and check out. These are geared up by our chef or made by farmers again home. “Mouneh”is often a Lebanese custom of preserving food stuff through the seasons.
